Mystic Tarot offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

The contents of a Tarot Reading or Reiki Healing are not legally binding. Any Decisions made, or Actions taken by you as a result of your Tarot Reading or Reiki Healings are your sole Responsibility. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my Tarot readings or Reiki Healings.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Payments and Cancellations

Bookings require a $20AUD deposit and balance of Service Fees must be paid atleast 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment if you have requested a virtual appointment.

Booking deposit is non refundable unless cancellation is made atleast 48 hrs prior to your booking date.

If you fail to cancel within the above mentioned time frame your deposit will not be released.

A refund can be requested for cancellations made atleast 48 hours before your appointment date or alternatively you can have the deposit transferred to a rescheduled appointment date.

If you choose to cancel, a refund will processed within 5 business days for the amount of the deposit (less any processing fees charged to me by third party financial institutions)

It is your responsibility to ensure you are available for your scheduled appointment, therefore, 2 or more subsequent cancellations or reschedules will result in loss of your deposit.

There are no refund options available after a service has been conducted, so please ensure you have fully read and agree to our 'Terms of Use' policy above.

Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Email Readings 

Email readings are recorded over the weekend and therefore can take upto 1 week to receive depending on time of booking.

Book as required via the website at next available time slot, but please allow the above mentioned wait time when requesting an email read.

By booking an appointment with Mystic Tarot you are agreeing that you have read and Understood our Terms and Conditions and all sections listed on this page.
